Regarding the selection: Cello - Instrument of the Year 2018:
In September of last year we released our new Cello PERPETUAL EDITION set and SOLOIST A & D strings. These strings were now presented to the public and many interested musicians at the Musikmesse 2019.

Assertiveness, Projection – Cello PERPETUAL!
The Cello PERPETUAL EDITION strings are - as a musician said - the most powerful strings in our program. Tone by tone the sound of this new string radiates into the room without metallic sharpness, and the SOLOIST set offers even more brilliance and dynamics with the new A & D SOLOIST strings. In our testing-room, the musicians could test various combinations of our Cello PERPETUAL strings - MITTEL, STARK, CADENZA, SOLOIST and EDITION on different cellos - and all proved to be the perfect choice for each cello.
